Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $15/hr
Position Overview:
The Dock Associate plays a pivotal role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by efficiently managing inventory operations. This position is responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, labeling, stocking, and restocking materials while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and replenish picking locations to support order fulfillment operations
- Operate powered equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to store, move, pull, and load inventory
- Unload incoming trucks and store inventory in designated locations
- Inspect products for quality assurance during both shipping and receiving processes
- Conduct cycle counts and perform rechecks to maintain inventory accuracy
- Uphold housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Willingness to operate various powered equipment; prior experience is advantageous but not required, as training will be provided
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds throughout an eight-hour shift
- Capacity to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
