• Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday – Friday
  

• Pay: $30 – $37 per hour – potentially higher based on experience.

Job Description:

• Safely coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, replacements, and equipment installations.
  

• Train, supervise, and assess Maintenance Technicians and equipment operators.
  

• Develop, implement, and manage the facility’s preventive and predictive maintenance program, including performance metrics.
  

• Maintain and coordinate service for presses, robotic and resistance welders, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, compressors, forklifts, cranes, HVAC, alarms, garage doors, and facility infrastructure.
  

• Manage contractors supporting forklifts, overhead cranes, HVAC, and security systems.
  

• Maintain safety labels, floor markings, emergency signage, SDS information, and related supplies.
  

• Manage the lockout/tagout program, including employee training and lock/key records.
  

• Conduct safety training and performance assessments for forklift, scissor-lift, and overhead-crane operators.
  

• Serve as a member of the Safety Committee and perform other assigned duties.
