Pay Rate:
- 1st Shift: $13.50/hour (7:00am–3:30pm or longer)
- 2nd Shift: $14.50/hour (11:00am or earlier–7:30pm)
- 3rd Shift: $16.50/hour (9:00pm–5:00am or longer)
Work Schedule:
- Sun-Thurs (3rd)
- Mon-Fri (1st and 2nd)
- May require weekend availability

What’s a typical day as Packer? You’ll be:
- Pulling and preparing products for shipment by ensuring the correct number and type of product is placed in each carton
- Placing labels on cartons, properly oriented for system scanners
- Selecting the appropriate size carton for shipping
- Using portable scanning devices and Pick-To-Voice systems to confirm pick operations
- Recording adjustments for short shipments and performing cycle counts as directed
- Visually inspecting books before packing to ensure quality
- Placing books securely in cartons to ensure safe transit
- Maintaining quality control reports to monitor picking accuracy
- Returning over-picks and mis-picks to the appropriate modules
- Meeting production requirements and following all safety instructions
- Walking and standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

- Can regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Are detail-oriented and able to follow instructions and safety methods precisely
- Have warehouse, material handling, or distribution experience (preferred but not required)
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Are willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and rotating schedules
