What’s a typical day as Marketing Specialist? You’ll be:

• Collaborating with internal teams, cross-functional partners, and external agencies to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  

• Owning end-to-end campaign delivery, including content planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting
  

• Developing and managing social media strategies for general market and multicultural audiences
  

• Creating and overseeing content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WeChat, and RedNote—including photo and video shooting, editing, and copywriting
  

• Building and maintaining relationships with U.S. media, influencers, freelancers, and community partners to enhance brand presence
  

• Supporting media outreach, influencer collaborations, sponsorships, industry events, and community activations
  

• Developing and managing owned and paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, WeChat, RedNote, and related platforms
  

• Planning and executing marketing and community events, including managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and on-site logistics

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university/college
  

• Bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on marketing experience across multiple channels, including social media, digital marketing, and performance-based campaigns
  

• Possess strong content creation skills, including creative copywriting and video production/editing for social platforms
  

• Have experience leveraging AI tools and basic marketing automation workflows
  

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Chinese, Filipino/Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, or Spanish is highly preferred
  

• Have established relationships with influencers and social media within the food retail, lifestyle, or business sectors
  

• Are self-driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  

• Previous experience in a supermarket or grocery store is a major plus
