What’s a typical day as Human Resources Generalist? You’ll be:
- Coaching and advising leaders on employee relations, engagement, performance management, and situational leadership
- Partnering with leaders to develop and implement engagement and retention strategies
- Collaborating with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent
- Conducting employee relations investigations and supporting leave of absence matters, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence as needed
- Analyzing and reporting HR metrics, identifying trends, and supporting problem-solving efforts to improve business outcomes
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Demonstrate strong experience in employee relations, leadership coaching, talent acquisition, and workforce engagement
- Exhibit excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
