Check Processing Associate
Kelly Services is hiring a detail-oriented Hazard Insurance Check Processing Associate for an on-site weekday position.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch, or 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch
Location: On-site
Job Responsibilities
- Process hazard insurance checks, documents, vouchers, and check requests.
- Review system records and follow disbursement instructions.
- Log checks and balance check stocks and registers daily.
- Update tracking information for check disbursements.
- Prepare regular and overnight mailings.
- Create FedEx shipping labels and mailing labels using Excel.
- Research and pull check requests.
- Process high volumes of work accurately and consistently.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, flexible, and willing to learn new processes.
- Team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Willingness to work additional hours with limited notice when needed.
- Previous processing, clerical, administrative, or mailroom experience is helpful but not required.
