Office Administrator (Event Management)

  • Location: Seattle, WA 

  • Pay rate:  Up to 51$/h 
     

  • Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (25 hours/week)

  • Status: 2 under staffing supplier; with a 6-month duration (potential temp to hire according to performance and).

Key Responsibilities

  • Workplace Operations: Direct day-to-day facilities upkeep, conduct site walkthroughs, order/restock supplies, manage mail/deliveries, and serve as primary liaison for facilities and IT support ticketing.


  • Employee Experience: Budget, plan, and execute local team events; oversee catered food, beverage, and snack services; update internal site wikis and intranet pages.


  • Administrative & Strategic Support: Manage local office budgets and expense tracking, assist with space planning/headcount growth, facilitate local new hire onboarding, and provide meeting/broadcast tech support.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education & Experience:  HS Diploma/GED or higher, and 2–5+ years in office management or workplace operations (tech industry preferred).


  • Skills: Strong vendor management, event planning, and independent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.


  • Tools: Proficiency with Google Workspace. Any other software is a plus.
