Job Title: Housekeeping Cleaning Technician
Location: Onsite in Hillsboro, OR
Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $23.45/hour

Position Summary:
Join our team as a Housekeeping Cleaning Technician. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining rigorously clean and compliant facility environments under the supervision of the Facilities Manager. Your contributions will directly support our standards of patient safety, product integrity, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
  

• Coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor or Manager on scheduling and assignments.
  

• Verify work activities are performed in strict accordance with current SOPs and guidelines.
  

• Complete all necessary training in SAP to accurately execute work orders.
  

• Communicate nightly site activities and any observations to Supervisor or Manager.
  

• Monitor and maintain inventory of GMP supplies; identify and escalate issues proactively.
  

• Exhibit professionalism and discretion at all times.
  

• Perform routine cleaning of GMP areas including ceilings, walls, floors, drains, stainless steel surfaces, windows, and ledges.
  

• Document all activities using Good Documentation Practices.
  

• Comply with company policies, industry guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  

• Report any quality, process, equipment, or material concerns to supervisory personnel.
  

• Work independently to complete routine tasks, maintaining high standards.
  

• Keep work area organized and clean at all times.
  

• Collect and dispose of non-biological waste and recyclable materials from GMP areas.
  

• Conduct floor maintenance (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and dusting) for a variety of surfaces: epoxy, concrete, rubber tile, sheet vinyl, and vents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  

• 1–2 years’ experience cleaning GMP-controlled areas strongly preferred.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed procedures.
  

• Basic computer proficiency.
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
  

• Demonstrated safety awareness with chemicals and equipment.
  

• Capacity for repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
  

• Experience operating floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, and manual pallet jacks.
  

• Proactive problem-solving and ability to investigate and resolve deficiencies.
  

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (e.g., boxes, mop buckets, furniture).
