Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible Pick and Pack Worker to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will accurately assemble and fill orders, assist with shipping and receiving, and perform manual wire cutting with attention to detail. This position does not include any driving responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ship, receive, stock, and pull orders.
  

• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions, including staging and routing.
  

• Operate pallet jacks, basic forklifts, and wire cutters safely.
  

• Read emails and use basic data entry on computers.
  

• Accurately perform manual wire pulling and precision cutting.
  

• Assemble and fill customer orders for shipment.
  

• Load and unload common carrier and company vehicles.
  

• Process shipping paperwork, verify shipment accuracy, and complete BOL for LTL shipments.
  

• Use scanners for Warehouse Management System tasks.
  

• Substitute for other warehouse roles as needed.
  

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent attendance and reliable work history.
  

• General knowledge of electrical products preferred.
  

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
  

• Basic math and computer/data entry skills required.
  

• Able to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  

• Available for overtime when needed.
  

• Able to follow supervisor direction and accept coaching.

Note: Workers in this role are not allowed to have any driving responsibilities at any point during the assignment.
