Medical Device – Disassembler/Ventilator Cleaner
Location: Hanover Park, IL
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime: Available as needed

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Device – Disassembler/Ventilator Cleaner to clean and prepare returned medical ventilators. You’ll work under the supervision of certified technicians and follow established cleaning procedures to ensure equipment is thoroughly cleaned and free of odors.
Responsibilities
- Clean returned F150 ventilators under the supervision of certified technicians.
- Perform thorough cleaning processes to ensure units are clean and free from odors.
- Use small hand tools such as pliers and screwdrivers as needed.
- Follow written and verbal instructions carefully.
- Maintain a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Work safely while following all required procedures and PPE guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Energetic and dependable work style.
- Experience using small hand tools, such as pliers and screwdrivers, preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work effectively at a workstation while sitting or standing.
Work Environment
- Temperature-controlled environment.
- Work at benches; employees may sit or stand.
- Casual dress code — shorts are permitted.
- Lab coats may be provided.
- PPE including gloves, goggles, and masks is provided.
