Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour
Shift: 7:30-16:00 shift, including overtime

What’s a typical day as Welder? You’ll be:
- Selecting, measuring, cutting, preparing, and joining metals to specification.
- Accurately interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine appropriate welding techniques.
- Setting up and operating welding machines, torches, plasma cutters, and related tools.
- Preparing and cleaning surfaces by removing rust, grease, and dirt.
- Measuring and aligning workpieces using straightedges, clamps, and jigs.
- Inspecting welds for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
- Identifying and repairing defects such as cracks, porosity, and undercutting.
- Following safety standards, wearing protective gear, and using safe work practices.
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Are proficient in reading measuring tapes to the 1/16″ and technical drawings/blueprints.
- Have MIG welding experience and knowledge of welding processes, tools, and techniques.
- Can lift up to 70 lbs and maintain excellent physical stamina.
- Are able to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
- Are available for the 7:30-16:00 shift, including overtime.
