Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Job Summary
Kelly is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Material Handler to support shipping, material handling, product pulling, sorting, storage, and other general warehouse activities in a factory or warehouse environment.
Under general supervision, the Warehouse Material Handler follows established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, process system transactions for, and dispatch goods. This position is responsible for accurately receiving incoming materials, inspecting shipments for damage or discrepancies, organizing inventory, and picking, packing, and shipping products according to written or verbal requests and customer orders.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and demonstrated initiative. Experience working with diesel engines or diesel engine components is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise concerns promptly to help minimize cost, quality, and customer-service issues.
  

• Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.

Warehouse and Delivery Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods and materials.
  

• Compare received goods against invoices, packing slips, purchase orders, or other documentation.
  

• Accurately sort, label, package, and store materials.
  

• Organize inventory and arrange storage areas to optimize available warehouse space.
  

• Pull and stage materials for production, shipping, or customer orders.
  

• Operate manual and automated material-handling equipment as authorized and trained.
  

• Pick, pack, and ship products according to customer expectations and written or verbal requests.
  

• Complete required system transactions accurately and promptly.
  

• Work at the required cycle time or established engineering standard.
  

• Demonstrate competency in core warehouse and material-handling skills.
  

• Handle diesel engines, engine components, and other materials safely and efficiently when assigned.

Teamwork and Continuous Improvement Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with assigned team members, skilled trades, supervisors, and support teams.
  

• Complete required training in accordance with business needs.

• Remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous warehouse duties as needed to support business goals.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material-handling environment.
  

• Experience pulling, sorting, packing, staging, and shipping products.
  

• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.
  

• Experience working with diesel engines, diesel engine components, or related equipment.
  

• Experience operating manual or automated material-handling equipment, where applicable.
  

• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and verbal directions.
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material-handling tasks throughout the workday.
