Sterling, VA | $21.50/hour | 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM | Overtime Available

We are seeking an experienced, safety-focused Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced distribution environment in Sterling, VA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and earning overtime.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and ocean containers while following OSHA and site safety procedures.
- Support shipping and receiving by checking incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
- Stack pallets, organize inventory, and help maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Use scanners and the warehouse management system to track inventory and process orders.
- Work closely with warehouse leadership and team members to support efficient daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous forklift operating experience required.
- Experience operating pallet jacks and working in a warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or packing environment.
- Basic computer and scanner skills.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-first mindset.
- Forklift and OSHA certifications are preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude or heavy-equipment experience is a plus.
