Pay Rate: $27.20 per hour

Shift: 2nd : Monday through Friday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm CST

What’s a typical day as  Quality Control Inspector I? You’ll be:

• Inspecting incoming raw materials and finished goods to ensure conformance with approved specifications and inspection plans.
  

• Utilizing measurement tools and instruments such as calipers, scales, thickness gauges, force gauges, optical comparators, and more.
  

• Performing documentation activities in compliance with cGMP and GDP requirements.
  

• Comparing printed materials against master documents to identify discrepancies.
  

• Communicating with Warehouse and Manufacturing personnel regarding material/component release and movement.
  

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the IQA Inspection Area.
  

• Managing record retention, filing, copying, and office inventory.
  

• Performing additional duties as assigned by leadership.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma (required); 1-2 years of quality experience or an Associate’s Degree in Science or Engineering is preferred.
  

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to follow proper documentation procedures.
  

• Are adaptable, able to take direction, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  

• Are comfortable using computers and multiple systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is required.
  

• Possess high personal integrity, self-control, and accept constructive feedback.
  

• Are physically able to lift up to 60 pounds and stay mobile throughout a large plant.
