Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Shift: 1st (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday)
Must be able to work overtime/weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Production / Setup Support:

• Assist with setups, changeovers, and adjustments on packaging equipment.
  

• Install, remove, and store tooling and machine components properly.
  

• Perform mechanical adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
  

• Assist in preventive maintenance on production equipment.
  

• Inspect equipment for wear and safety issues.
  

• Help minimize equipment downtime by responding to production needs.
  

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools.

Facilities Maintenance Support:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs of building facilities.
  

• Troubleshoot and repair basic 110V electrical issues within training limits.
  

• Handle basic plumbing repairs, including fixture replacements and minor leaks.
  

• Assist with repairs related to lighting, doors, hardware, and workstations.
  

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  

• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor for complex repairs needing specialized support.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Basic knowledge of 110V electrical systems and/or plumbing (strongly preferred).
  

• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or similar technical roles.
  

• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
  

• Ability to troubleshoot problems and read basic instructions and diagrams.
  

• Comfortable working around machinery and capable of lifting and handling equipment.
  

• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn new equipment.
  

• Ability to follow directions from maintenance leadership.
