Job Description:
Join Kelly Services as a Temp Analyst, Contracts and Pricing. In this role, you will assist in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models that align with current business and competitive market dynamics. You will conduct research, perform competitive pricing analysis, and monitor the ongoing competitive environment to ensure our practices uphold company reputation and maximize customer satisfaction. This position partners with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to ensure our product portfolio is correctly positioned and pricing programs are aligned with sales strategy and revenue requirements.
Education & Special Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field (required)
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Exceptional system skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong reasoning, problem-solving, and research abilities
- Effective time management skills
- Proficient in relevant software programs: Excel, Access, Outlook
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience with J.D. Edwards (general ledger), Model N, SAP, JDE, or Oracle
- Proficient in presentation software (PowerPoint)
- Skilled in written communication, customer interactions, and relationship building
