Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Pick and Pack
Location: Solon, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift | 40 hours per week | Overtime as needed
Pay Rate:  $20/hrly

Position Overview
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate (Pick and Pack Worker) at our client’s Solon Regional Hub Distribution Center. In this role, you will focus on efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities

• Pick, assemble, and fill orders for shipment to customers and internal divisions
  

• Load and unload company and carrier vehicles (no driving duties)
  

• Pack orders into containers and arrange for outgoing shipments
  

• Process and verify shipping paperwork and invoices
  

• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems for picking and inventory tasks
  

• Maintain high quality and accuracy standards in order picking
  

• Follow customer shipping instructions, including labeling and BOL completion
  

• Substitute for other warehouse staff when needed
  

• Adhere to all safety policies and wear required work boots

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year warehouse experience required
  

• Forklift (sit-down and reach truck) & pallet jack experience required
  

• Stable work history and reliable attendance
  

• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and maintaining accuracy
  

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team
  

• Preferred: RF scanner experience, general electrical product knowledge
  

• Ability to perform basic math and organize/prioritize work
