Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.50 per hour

Shift: 7am-3:30pm

What’s a typical day as Fork Lift Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating a sit-down forklift for 80% or more of your shift; remaining time focused on picking and material handling
  

• Using manual pick sheets, pallet staging, and pallet wrapping to support warehouse operations
  

• Performing inventory tasks including cycle counting and maintaining accurate, organized inventory
  

• Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring all orders and materials are accurate and in good condition
  

• Using RF scanning tools to track product movement and verify accuracy
  

• Following all safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures
  

• Maintaining a clean, organized work environment in line with 5S principles
  

• Collaborating with your team and supporting other warehouse activities as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous experience operating a sit-down forklift (required);
  

• Can work efficiently in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
  

• Are comfortable with manual material handling and using pick sheets
  

• Pay close attention to detail, especially with inventory and order accuracy
  

• Possess or are willing to wear steel toe/composite safety shoes and a hi-vis safety vest
  

• Can follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leaders
  

• Value teamwork, safety, and professionalism in the workplace
