What’s a typical day as Accounts Payable Clerk? You’ll be:

  • Processing and verifying invoices accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintaining and reconciling accounts payable records.

  • Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

  • Assisting with month-end closing procedures and reporting.

  • Supporting the finance team and reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor or Manager.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related field (required).

  • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Are proficient with accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Have strong communication skills and can work independently or as part of a team.

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education in accounting is a plus.
