Location: Traverse City, MI (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Your Role, Your Impact:

  • Operate and set up CNC and conventional machines on complex, high-precision projects.

  • Solve problems on the fly—your troubleshooting skills keep production humming.

  • Select feeds, speeds, and tooling to ensure products meet the highest standards.

  • Champion safety, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED is required; technical training is a bonus!

  • 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience and solid blueprint reading skills.

  • Versatility with machines and a sharp mechanical mind.

  • Commitment to delivering excellence, collaborating with others, and always looking for ways to improve.
