Logistics Specialist / Supply Chain Associate

Location: Must be local to the Russellville, AR area

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift- Onsite 5 days a week– 7 AM
 – 3:30 PM

Position Summary
Kelly Services is hiring a Temporary Logistics Specialist / Supply Chain Associate will support Lean Supply Chain initiatives and daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This position will work closely with plant leadership, warehouse teams, manufacturing personnel, and other cross-functional partners to improve material flow, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support process optimization and material-flow efficiency initiatives.

  • Assist with Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt verification.

  • Monitor material shelf life and support material-extension processes.

  • Assist with material-obsolescence reviews and disposal activities.

  • Collect, analyze, and document operational data.

  • Support end-to-end material-planning processes and workflows.

  • Assist with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material tracking.

  • Identify process-improvement opportunities and support implementation.

  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as needed.

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or currently pursuing a degree, in Supply Chain, Business Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
