Bilingual Receptionist / Administrative / Customer Service Representative
Location: Franklin Park, IL
Job Type: Direct Hire, Permanent
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Bilingual Receptionist / Administrative & Customer Service Representative for a direct-hire, permanent opportunity in Franklin Park. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of receptionist experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls, greeting guests, distributing mail, and accepting office package deliveries.
- Route calls to the appropriate departments, including the plant, accounting, inside sales, and management.
- Respond to general business emails, postal correspondence, and company inquiries.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Maintain postage machine and stamp inventory.
- Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate business and lunch meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the President and CEO.
- Coordinate company events, including lunch-and-learn sessions, training programs, employee appreciation events, holiday lunches, golf outings, hotel meetings, and off-site functions.
- Provide administrative support to management, internal team members, and the inside sales department.
- Perform filing, clerical duties, data entry, and daily production reporting.
- Distribute employment applications to walk-in applicants.
- Manage the company ID badge system.
- Manage vending machine refunds and repair requests.
- Provide the purchasing coordinator with office lunchroom supply orders as needed.
- Follow up on phone calls, customer requests, and inquiries as appropriate.
- Respond to consumer and user questions regarding the proper use, storage, and handling of company products by phone and email.
- Assist customers with replacement-part questions, product complaints, and general product inquiries.
- Assist with MWC customer service calls and replacement-part inquiries.
- Mail customer replacement parts and create UPS shipping labels.
- Conduct audits of internal invoices.
- Maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of receptionist experience required.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- High school diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong computer, data-entry, and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Professional, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, customers, clients, vendors, and outside partners.
- Flexibility, sound judgment, and strong project coordination skills.
- Desire to grow and develop within the position.
