Warehouse Associates  Sorters, Material Handlers, and Shipping & Receiving

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: Plainfield, IN
Shifts: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Schedule Requirement: Applicants must be open to working either shift. Managers will assign your shift based on business needs.

We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support sorting, material handling, shipping, and receiving operations. Candidates may be considered for one or more work areas based on experience, availability, and business needs.

Available Positions

Sorters

  • Sort and organize materials according to established guidelines.

  • Perform general warehouse and material-handling tasks.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Material Handlers

  • Lift, move, load, and organize materials weighing approximately 30–50 pounds.

  • Use a manual pallet jack and RF scanner.

  • Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move materials throughout the shift.

  • Forklift experience is not required, and this position does not involve forklift operation.

Shipping and Receiving Associates

  • Receive incoming materials and prepare outgoing shipments.

  • Scan and organize materials using an RF scanner.

  • Move materials with a manual pallet jack.

  • Help maintain accurate and organized shipping and receiving areas.

Requirements

  • Must be open to working either available shift:

    • 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

    • 8:00 AM–4:30 PM


  • Managers will determine shift placement based on business needs.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the workday.

  • Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing approximately 30–50 pounds.

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse or material-handling environment.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

  • RF scanner or warehouse experience is helpful but not required, depending on the position.
