Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour

Shift: Monday to Frifay 8:00AM-5:00PM

What’s a typical day as Logistics Specialist? You’ll be:

• Coordinating the distribution and receipt of equipment, ensuring all movements and returns are accurately recorded in the operating system
  

• Handling delivery documents received in the warehouse for processing
  

• Preparing delivery routes based on documents and locations across the island
  

• Acting as liaison between the company and delivery service providers
  

• Notifying clients about delivery schedules and confirming delivery locations
  

• Verifying and following up on previous day’s deliveries
  

• Coordinating equipment disconnection processes with the Service Department
  

• Informing the Service Department regarding equipment ready for installation
  

• Billing completed deliveries, keeping records of pending ones, and ensuring all deliveries are closed by month-end
  

• Supporting inventory counting, preparation, and data entry for physical counts
  

• Assisting the Warehouse Supervisor with special projects and general warehouse tasks
  

• Maintaining required safety standards and complying with relevant policies and procedures
  

• Reporting and recording incidents, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement in Information Security and ISO 14001
  

• Safeguarding company information and entrusted materials

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are familiar with inventory management systems and processes.

• Can adhere to safety standards and company policies.
  

• Associate Degree completed.
