Now Hiring: Forklift Operator

We are hiring entry level Forklift Operators for a warehouse position in Franklin, NH.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. — $20 per hour

  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. — $24.20 per hour

  • Occasional overtime may be required

  • Steel-toe or safety-toe footwear required

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, count, issue, and process materials, equipment, products, supplies, tools, and inventory.

  • Pick materials according to established procedures.

  • Package and ship products.

  • Operate scanners and complete computer-related transactions.

  • Maintain a continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of related warehouse or forklift experience.

  • Basic math and computer skills.

  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • No license or certification required.

  • Must be comfortable working at heights and with storage bays approximately 10–15 feet high.

Work Environment

  • Warehouse and office environment.

  • Work may involve elevated storage areas, machinery, and warehouse equipment.

  • Must be able to walk, stand, sit, hear, and use hands to handle materials and equipment.

  • Good close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus are required.
