Direct Hire or Temp to Hire
Canastota, NY
1st Shift: 6am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

  •         Can have some flexibility with hours

Pay Rate: $28-30/hr
OT: Plenty

 

What’s a typical day as Process Technician? You’ll be:

  • Processing out any quality defects from machine issues to ensure product excellence

  • Collaborating with Quality Assurance to meet customer requirements and specifications for plastic injection products

  • Assisting molding technicians with set up, change overs, and supporting Machine Operators during breaks

  • Communicating process adjustments effectively with Management, Engineering, and Quality staff

  • Understanding Arburg components, control panels, and interpreting blueprints

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)

  • Possess 3–5 years of progressive, hands-on experience with thermo and fluid dynamic processing

  • Can process independently or as part of a team

  • Have 3–5 years of experience processing critically designed products in defense, medical, or transportation industries (preferred)

  • Are comfortable working full-time, in-person, and ready to join a fast-paced environment
