Manufacturing Production Associate

Pay: $22.00/hr
Swing Shift Pay: $23.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

  • Swing Shift: 3:15 p.m.–1:45 a.m.
    Start Date: October 12 or October 19
    Job Type: Full-time, 10-hour shifts

Job Summary

We are hiring Manufacturing Production Associates to support automated production cells manufacturing plastic truck-bed components. Employees will operate machinery, load and unload materials, inspect parts, perform light deburring, package products, and maintain a safe and organized work area.

Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned production equipment.

  • Load materials and remove completed parts.

  • Inspect products for defects and quality issues.

  • Perform light deburring and place nonconforming parts in designated bins.

  • Assist with material handling, packaging, restocking, and team breaks.

  • Complete production and quality reports.

  • Perform basic cleaning, adjustments, and troubleshooting.

  • Follow all safety and production procedures.

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred not required

  • Manufacturing equipment and machine is a plus 

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

  • Ability to work safely around machinery.

  • Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome.

  • No high school diploma or GED required.

  • Must pass all required screenings.

  • Due to ITAR compliance requirements, candidates must be U.S. persons 

Swing-shift employees will train on first shift for approximately 3-4 weeks and will receive the $1.50 shift differential even during training.
