Shipping/Receiving Coordinator
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Temporary with Potential for Permanent Hire

We have partnered with a Biotechnology and Scientific Company who is seeking dynamic Shipping/Receiving Coordinators, who are passionate about accuracy, teamwork, and delivering exceptional results to our customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a vital member of our operations, you’ll ensure the timely and precise delivery of customer orders. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will set the stage for our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute shipping schedules in line with Buyer/Planner directives.

  • Plan and organize workflow for quantity and product mix.

  • Pull and load software for customer computers; assemble and configure final customer orders.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet order requirements.

  • Perform and document inventory transfers using SAP, escalating discrepancies proactively.

  • Support department configuration processes and assist with manufacturing detail files.

  • Occasionally lend a hand in assembly work on production lines and carry out other warehouse duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations.

  • Minimum one year in manufacturing.

  • Strong team player with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
