Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing manufacturing company, is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor in Horsham, PA!

This is a direct hire role meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!

  • 1st shift opening, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

  • Pay: $72,290.00 – $91,566.00

  • 10% bonus opportunity

Description:
Lead a skilled manufacturing team responsible for building complex wet-process systems used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. Ensure safe, high-quality production while meeting delivery schedules and improving team performance in a clean, precision-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support manufacturing technicians.

  • Prioritize work orders and adjust staffing to maintain production schedules.

  • Balance workflow and monitor critical parts and assemblies through production.

  • Enforce quality, safety, ISO, training, calibration, and preventive-maintenance requirements.

  • Partner with Lean teams on continuous-improvement initiatives, including 5S and Six Sigma.

  • Track and communicate production metrics through reports and shop-floor reviews.

  • Manage material transactions and inventory accuracy in SAP.

  • Promote accountability, safety, teamwork, and technical excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Experience in an ISO-regulated environment preferred.

  • Background in high-precision product assembly.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to interpret schematics, bills of materials, routing documents, and mechanical drawings.

  • SAP experience preferred; MRP knowledge required.

  • Ability to work in a cleanroom and lift up to 30 pounds.

  • Regular on-site presence required.

  • Semiconductor equipment manufacturing.

  • Vacuum equipment assembly.

  • Lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement practices.
