This position is day shift and 100% onsite.

What’s a typical day as a Events Coordinator. You’ll be:
- Coordinating the planning and execution of in-person events, including venue sourcing, catering, registration, and on-site logistics.
- Engaging with conference organizers, vendors, and internal teams to manage event services and ensure timely delivery.
- Managing administrative tasks such as expenses, shipping logistics, and marketing support requests.
- Utilizing tracking tools and documentation to maintain organized and efficient event operations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years in event planning or marketing.
- Possess strong organizational, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills, thriving independently in deadline-driven settings with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Can independently manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Are able to travel up to 25% within Canada and the United States.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and can lift, move, or carry equipment up to 40 lbs.
- Preferred: Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Microsoft Project, Miro), B2B marketing campaign execution, and performance data analysis related to events or campaigns.
