Help turn paper files into organized electronic records! We’re hiring four reliable and detail-oriented team members for a temporary records-scanning project at Vitalant’s Scottsdale headquarters.

Position Details

  • Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85258

  • Pay: $18.00 per hour

  • Start Date: October 12, 2026

  • Estimated End Date: November 20, 2026

  • Position Type: Temporary, full-time project assignment

  • Openings: 4

Schedule

Preferred schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday

  • 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

  • 10-hour shifts

  • 40 hours per week

A Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts may also be considered based on staffing needs.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help prepare confidential paper records for scanning and electronic storage. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing files using provided guidelines

  • Sorting, organizing, and preparing documents

  • Removing documents that do not meet project requirements

  • Preparing files for scanning and shipment

  • Handling confidential information professionally

  • Working independently while maintaining accuracy

  • Following procedures and meeting productivity expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Good judgment and flexible thinking

  • Ability to work independently and with a team

  • Basic computer skills are helpful

  • Filing, records, data-entry, or administrative experience is a plus

Interview Process

Selected candidates will participate in a brief Microsoft Teams interview with the project lead before the assignment is confirmed.
