Customer Support Representative- Scale Attendant
Location: Angleton, TX 77515
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:15 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with rotating weekends
Job type: Full-time, temp-to-hire

We’re hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Scale Attendant to support daily operations at a landfill site. You’ll check trucks in and out, record vehicle and load weights, process payments and paperwork, and help drivers and customers.
What you’ll do
- Weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles using scale house equipment
- Enter customer, vehicle, material, and weight information
- Prepare tickets, receipts, and other records
- Assist drivers and customers in person and by phone
- Process payments and help resolve billing or paperwork issues
- Communicate with site staff and follow safety procedures
- Keep the scale house organized
What you’ll need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer service
- Ability to multitask and work independently or with a team
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment and in changing weather
Customer service, data entry, cash handling, or waste industry experience is a plus.
