What’s a typical day as an Executive Assistant You’ll be:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the area executive, relieving them of diverse and confidential duties.
- Managing the executive’s email inbox and internal systems as a management delegate.
- Coordinating schedules, making appointments, and arranging travel plans for the executive.
- Liaising with board members, key community leaders, and other executives to transmit information and obtain data.
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate parties.
- Preparing administrative reports, gathering sensitive information, conducting complex analysis, and distributing reports.
- Administering programs, projects, campaigns, and processes for the operating unit.
- Greeting internal and external customers, addressing complex questions.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing correspondence.
- Assisting with supervisory and training duties as a group leader within a functional area.

- Have proven experience in executive-level administrative support, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and judgment, especially in confidential and complex situations.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under tight deadlines.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management systems.
- Can coordinate schedules and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certifications are preferred.
