Pay Rate: Starting at $22.50/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | 1st Shift training for first ~2 weeks
Hours: 40 hrs/week + Overtime as needed
Job Summary
Flowserve is seeking dependable, motivated individuals for CNC Machinist roles at its Addison, IL facility. In this hands-on position, you will set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce parts according to production specifications in a safe industrial shop floor environment.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes according to production requirements.

Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and applicable specifications.

Perform measurements and quality checks using appropriate measuring equipment.

Make basic machine adjustments and monitor equipment during production.

Maintain a safe and organized work area following established safety procedures.
Requirements

Prior experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes is required.

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/bend/reach for several hours throughout the shift.

Must speak and write English to effectively follow work instructions and safety protocols.

Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability and willingness to work overtime as required based on business needs.
