Kelly está reclutando para una planta de manufactura de filtros en Fajardo, Puerto Rico.

Material Handler - 

Fajardo, Puerto Rico

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Realizar actividades de almacén y despacho de materiales siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos establecidos.

  • Ejecutar movimientos de materia prima y productos terminados entre almacenes y áreas de manufactura.

  • Garantizar la precisión del inventario mediante transacciones correctas de entrada y salida de materiales.

  • Participar en inventarios físicos anuales y periódicos, investigando y reconciliando discrepancias.

  • Mantener los estándares de calidad, seguridad y servicio al cliente de la compañía.

  • Reportar cualquier diferencia o error relacionado con inventario y materiales al supervisor correspondiente.

  • Manejar prioridades y situaciones urgentes de forma eficiente para asegurar la continuidad de las operaciones.

Requisitos

  • Diploma de Escuela Superior.

  • Experiencia en manufactura, almacén o embarques.

  • Capacidad para comunicarse efectivamente en inglés y español.

  • Conocimiento de sistemas de calidad, GDP, GMP e ISO.

  • Conocimiento de funciones de almacén, inventario, logística y distribución.

  • Conocimientos básicos de computadora (Excel y Lotus Notes).

  • Licencia de conducir vigente.

  • Preferiblemente certificación o licencia para operar montacargas (Forklift).

  • Orientación al servicio al cliente y atención al detalle.

  • Capacidad para trabajar con mínima supervisión, demostrar iniciativa y mantener un enfoque orientado a resultados.

Disponibilidad completa para todos los turnos y horarios.
