Retail Store Associates – Multiple Openings

Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Schedule: Multiple shifts available
Weekly Pay | Benefits Available | Immediate Start

Are you looking for a great opportunity with a growing grocery retailer? We are currently hiring motivated, dependable team members for a variety of positions throughout our San Francisco store. Whether you have retail experience or are looking to start a new career, we have opportunities available across multiple departments.

  • Meat Department Cleaning & Stocking

  • Seafood Department Cleaning & Stocking

  • Bakery Associates

  • Kitchen Production Workers

  • Produce Associates

  • Cashiers & Baggers

  • Dishwashers

  • Cart Pushers

  • Traffic Coordinators

  • General Laborers

Shift Start Times:

  • Bakery: 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM

  • All Other Departments: 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 10:00 AM

Position Responsibilities:

Responsibilities vary by department and may include:

  • Stocking shelves, displays, and department inventory

  • Cleaning work areas and maintaining food safety standards

  • Assisting customers with questions and product selection

  • Operating registers and providing excellent customer service

  • Preparing, packaging, and organizing products

  • Collecting shopping carts and maintaining store cleanliness

  • Supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced environment

  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience

Qualifications:

  • Available to start immediately

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift

  • Flexible to work weekends as needed

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Team-oriented mindset

  • Previous grocery, retail, warehouse, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $20.50 per hour

  • Weekly pay

  • Benefits available
