Bring your creative vision to a world-famous beauty brand
Kelly is seeking an accomplished Graphic Designer (Generalist) to join the Design team at a world-famous beauty brand. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how a leading brand shows up across digital, print, packaging, and retail.
You’ll own a wide range of creative projects from concept through final delivery, turning briefs and business goals into polished, modern visuals. The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility, expert Adobe Creative Suite skills, and the confidence to manage multiple projects while collaborating with marketing, digital, product, and external partners.
Experience in beauty especially haircare retail, or e-commerce is a plus.

What you’ll do

  • Independently create design work across marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and direct mail.

  • Develop digital assets for websites, social media, and email.

  • Design packaging graphics, point-of-sale materials, in-store signage, and brand identity elements.

  • Translate creative briefs and campaign objectives into fresh, effective designs that stay true to brand guidelines.

  • Use photo manipulation, image retouching, illustration, and layout skills to deliver creative solutions across formats.

  • Partner with marketing teams to develop cohesive visual approaches for campaigns.

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, communicate progress, and flag challenges early.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including printers and vendors, to ensure high-quality execution.

  • Keep up with design trends, tools, and best practices, especially in beauty and retail.

What you’ll bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, in-house creative department, or similar fast-paced environment.

  • A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing modern design, excellent typography, and high-quality work across print and digital.

  • Portfolio links must be included on your resume to be considered.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Proficiency in Figma for digital asset creation and collaborative work.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, typography, print production, and digital best practices.

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • Beauty, retail, or e-commerce experience is preferred; haircare experience is especially valuable.

  • Experience with multimedia, motion, animation, or AI tools is a plus.

Work arrangement
This is a hybrid role based at Clearwater Plaza in Clearwater, Florida. The schedule is 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week, with 3 onsite days per week and 2 Fridays onsite per month. During work weeks with fewer than five days, the 3-day onsite requirement still applies.
