Quality Control Inspector I

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  

• Pay: $17/hr

Help ensure electronic products meet quality standards from start to finish. In this hands-on role, you’ll inspect products, identify defects, and work with production and quality teams to deliver reliable results.

What you’ll do

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished electronic products.
  

• Perform in-line and functional inspections during production.
  

• Follow customer requirements, product specifications, and sampling methods such as MIL-STD.
  

• Identify and reject products that don’t meet standards, and escalate concerns as needed.
  

• Record inspection results and defects in ERP systems and quality checklists.
  

• Prepare reports and support quality data analysis.
  

• Help with corrective actions, process improvements, audits, and quality reviews.
  

• Communicate findings to supervisors and team members.
  

• Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  

• At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related role.
  

• Basic understanding of quality inspection processes.
  

• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  

• Knowledge of electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling and testing practices.
  

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to communicate clearly, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.
  

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in electronic manufacturing or a similar environment.
  

• Familiarity with inspection methods, sampling plans, and MIL-STD quality standards.
  

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and electronic components.
