Utility Worker
Location: Delaware Water Gap, PA 18327
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Rotating shifts—1st, 2nd, and 3rd
We’re seeking a dependable, safety-conscious worker for a heavy industrial role. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position—not a primarily forklift-driving job. Forklift operation may make up about 10% of the work; most of the role involves manual labor.
What you’ll do
- Perform physical work that may include pushing, lifting, and bending
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Attend a pre-shift meeting 10 minutes before your scheduled shift
What you’ll need
- Heavy industrial experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work on your feet and perform labor-intensive tasks
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts:
- 1st: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- 2nd: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
- 3rd: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
- 1st: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Ability to pass the required drug test, which includes THC screening
- Steel-toe shoes are required
- Ability to complete a site tour and be fully cleared before starting
Schedule and attendance
The schedule for the upcoming week is posted every Thursday. Employees may clock in up to 15 minutes early only to attend the pre-shift meeting; otherwise, clock-in is permitted no more than 5 minutes before the shift starts. Punctuality and attendance are essential; lateness or failure to report to work without notice may result in immediate termination.
