Talent Acquisition Partner – Hybrid Role (Marion, NC)
$40 per hour | Temp-to-Hire | 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote
Are you a recruiting professional ready to make a significant impact in a growing organization? Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting hiring across our Manufacturing sites and key corporate functions. This is a unique hybrid role based in Marion, NC, offering flexibility with three days onsite and two days remote each week.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR to develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles
- Lead full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers for critical positions
- Build strong pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles (CDL, operations, technical positions)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and engagement
- Provide valuable market insights to inform hiring decisions
- Manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Champion diversity hiring and uphold inclusive recruiting practices
- Identify process improvements and contribute to talent acquisition projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience; High School or Associate’s considered with strong background)
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Background in manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring highly preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency
Compensation:
- $40 per hour, temp-to-hire
