Manufacturing Engineer — Validation and Method Transfer Project
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support a validation and method transfer project in a medical device manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure processes and methods are transferred and documented in accordance with applicable quality requirements and procedures.

Manufacturing Engineer — Validation and Method Transfer Project
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support a validation and method transfer project in a medical device manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure processes and methods are transferred and documented in accordance with applicable quality requirements and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of validation and method transfer activities.
- Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, protocols, and reports.
- Coordinate activities with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and other related teams.
- Analyze results, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions and outstanding items.
- Ensure activities are performed in accordance with internal procedures and applicable requirements.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, process validation, or method transfer; medical device experience is preferred.
- Ability to prepare and review technical documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project priorities.
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English, with previous experience using English in a professional environment.
