Kelly is currently seeking a Tour Operation Assistant in Versailles, KY. If you’re looking for an opportunity to gain experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Check out the perks:

Pay:
• $16/hr

Shifts Available:
• 9am-5pm, Sunday-Saturday

What’s a typical day as a Tour Operation Assistant? You’ll be:
• Ensuring tasting rooms are set according to Woodford Reserve Distillery guidelines, including the placement of water, food items, and tasting expressions
• Measuring expression pours in accordance with tour experience and responsibility guidelines
• Monitoring guest count and demographic breakout to ensure the tasting room is set appropriately
• Greeting and welcoming guests as they enter the tasting rooms
• Inventorying tasting room supplies weekly and informing Tour Captains of shortages
• Monitoring tour guide timing during tastings to ensure efficient rotation
• Cleaning dishes in between tours
• Pre-setting the tasting room cart for the next day’s shift
