Kelly Services is partnered with a professional collections organization with locations in Neenah and Green Bay, seeking Collections Representatives! Work for a full-service organization with more than 50 years of collections and receivables history. These positions are temp-to-hire and full-time!

Perks of joining the team:
• Great opportunity with a reputable company and will fill up quickly!
• Day shift hours M-F, no weekends! Monday 10:00am-6:30pm, Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Starting pay rate of $16.00/hr. 
    – Starting pay of $17.00/hr. for bilingual (Spanish) speaking candidates or candidates with previous collections experience
• Roles are available onsite in either Green Bay or Neenah (will work in one location)

The basics of working in an Collections Representative role include:
• Completion of outbound phone calls to collect medical and other debt from consumers
• Work within a team of representatives to become familiar with clients and the debt being collected
• Obtain full payment on debt and/or negotiate payment arrangements with consumers
• Follow various procedures to properly handle accounts
• Processing consumer payments through computer system
• Documentation of call notes into CRM system

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Outstanding verbal communication skills as well as exceptional listening skills
• High sense of urgency and persistence along with great follow through required
• Ability to multi-task
• Previous collections experience a plus, but not required
• Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus!
