Kelly Services is seeking a Manufacturing Production Lead to work at an Technology manufacturer in Longwood, FL 32750

Pay rate: $15.00 – $25.00 depends on the experience
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm and Friday’s 7:00am – 1:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and prioritize production schedules

  • Oversee the assembly and testing of electromechanical products, ensuring compliance with quality standards

  • Train and mentor production staff to enhance their technical skills and productivity

  • Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions

  • Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve any technical issues

  • Maintain accurate production records and reports

  • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations

  • Continuously strive for process optimization and cost reduction

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in electromechanical assembly, preferably in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and components

  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
