Kelly Services is seeking a Manufacturing Production Lead to work at an Technology manufacturer in Longwood, FL 32750.
Pay rate: $15.00 – $25.00 depends on the experience
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm and Friday’s 7:00am – 1:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and prioritize production schedules
- Oversee the assembly and testing of electromechanical products, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their technical skills and productivity
- Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve any technical issues
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations
- Continuously strive for process optimization and cost reduction

- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in electromechanical assembly, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and components
