For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving. We at Kelly® hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to work at a premier client in Louisville, KY. This is a first-shift/2nd shift position from 6 am-4:30 pm,2:30- midnight, and pays $20/hr- $20.50.

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Team Lead? You’ll be:
• Leading all team members and activities in the warehouse
• Enforcing all company policies and procedures
• Maintaining work equipment, such as computers and forklifts, in good order
 • Assisting with cycle counts and resolving receiving order discrepancies
• Willingness to work in both production cells and on the receiving dock as needed
 • Communicating any part shortages to management immediately
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Can lead and train team members
 • Can visually inspect products according to documented processes
 • Can comply with electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures and processes
 • Know warehousing practices
• Have a high school diploma
 • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Have a forklift operating license or willingness to learn
• Are computer literate, including basic inventory control systems and Microsoft products
 • Possess safety certifications such as CPR (may be required)
