Shift:

  • 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule

  • Day Shift: 7am – 7pm | Night Shift: 7pm – 7am

Salary as a Maintenance Electrician:

  • $31.61 – $37.35

  • $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Position Information:

  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building.

  • Install and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment

  • Work with AC & DC drives, instrumentation, transducers, and hydraulic/pneumatic controls.

  • Understand and follow electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and electrical and electronic test equipment.

  • Tests electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.

  • Conducts preventive maintenance programs and keeps accurate maintenance records.

  • May install, maintain and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices as required.

  • Assist and train production employees in proper operation and maintenance of machinery.

  • Limited travel may be required.

What kind of experience do you need to succeed?:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Two-year Associate Degree in electrical related field is a plus.

  • A minimum of five years of industrial maintenance electrician experience preferred.

  • Must possess excellent troubleshooting skills

  • PLC troubleshooting experience and work with tension controllers are a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

  • Communicates effectively: conveys facts and information clearly both verbally and orally.
