Job details

Our client, a leader in the Oil and Gas Industry is looking for an on-site Administrative Professional.
Start date: ASAP
8 month contract
On site in Fort Saskatchewan
Pay rate to be determined based on experience.
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Shared Administrative contact for approximately 50 employees at the Fort Saskatchewan Polyethylene facility.

Actively engage with current Site Administrative team to identify, leverage, and implement best practices

Preparation and set up for facility work group meetings.

Office management such as ordering and maintaining supplies, trouble shoot computer and printer issues, place tickets for service requests.

Order printer supplies for unit. 

Ordering of safety equipment or coordinating the activities of others to complete Department Records

Management contact Management/coordination of information systems resources: workstations, IP phones, records keeping.

Resolution and point of contact for general building issues, vendor shelving, office supplies. 

Maintain distribution lists, department rosters, web based updates, and emergency contact lists. 

Support new employee on-boarding.

Co-ordinate department events, i.e recognition meals, team dinners, visitors, etc.

Back up for Production Data Analyst; helping with day to day Bill of Lading entries, POs, Production Scheduling, and filing.
