We’re seeking Assembly Workers to work at a leading manufacturer known for innovation and high-quality products located just outside of Detroit Lakes, MN!

Pay Rate: $17.25
• Opportunity for .50 cent increase as you advance and learn different areas within the first 1-2 months.
• Temp-to-Hire positions with substantial pay increase after hired on by company

Why you should apply to be an Assembly Worker:
• No assembly experience required.
• Enjoy you own music while you work in a temperature-controlled environment!
• No high school diploma or GED required while through Kelly (required to be converted to permanent employee).

What’s a typical day as an Assembly Worker? You’ll be:
• Building small components using various tools, machines, robots, and automation equipment.
• Following and reading basic schematics.
• Working independently and as a team to meet production goals.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are at least 16 years old.
• Have reliable transportation (no public transportation at this location).
• Are available to work Day Shifts: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Thursday or 7:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Thursday with Mandatory OT on Fridays as needed.
