Kelly Services is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a busy Concrete Construction company located in Oviedo, FL.
Pay- $20-$24/hour
Schedule- 7:30am-4:00pm M-F 30 min lunch
Temp to hire- immediate start
Responsibilities:
• Perform General office duties including answering multiple phone lines, email, filing, copying, scanning, reception duties.etc
• Data entry into Sage Accounting
• Processing invoices, filing NTO’s, Checking permit/inspection status, matching batches, pulling reports.
• Customer Service and greet walk ins.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of Construction and permitting experience
• 2+ years of professional office administration, accounting and customer support experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Internet searching (required)
• Dependable and able to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Knowledge of Sage Accounting or any other Accounting software (Required)
