This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!
Pay rate: $31.25 – $37.50 per hour depending on experience
Shift Schedule: 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:
• Troubleshooting, assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining mechanical systems using necessary tools to keep equipment available and capable
• Learning and understanding protocols for working safely with electricity and other energy • Performing troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and maintenance of equipment
• Collaborating with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair
• Completing training and personal development in line with business requirements • Participating actively with local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience
• Have knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Can manage complexity and effectively solve problems
• Have basic electrical knowledge
• Are flexible and willing to support the plant in any matter that is needed
